   对网络相机传送回的实时视频进行提取，然后利用ViBe算法提取出动态目标，对动态目标实施人头检测，并利用STC跟踪算法对动态目标跟踪，最后对动态的人群对象的实时轨迹信息使用贝叶斯分类器进行判定，检测出行为异常的行人进行标定。同时对人群进行密集度检测，对过密人群进行标定，并对过密人群进行疏散路径规划，辅助监控人员进行有序疏散。
