What/Why

  • Update examples/big-bang/README.md with a better kubescape command
  • Add the WIP kubescape exceptions file
  • Update the kubescape binary and nsa framework json URLs and shasums
  • Misc refactors
    • Update examples/Makefile with a new target make help that will list all make targets

This one's likely way easier to fix merge conflicts in so let's get #71 merged first.
