Biml Support

Very basic language support for Business Intelligence Markup Language (.biml) files.

Features

Provides syntax highlighting for the Business Intelligence Markup Language.

Currently only C# embedded highlighting is supported.

Fix an issue where back-to-back blocks caused invalid highlighting.

Initial release.
