- Install homebrew
$ brew install opensslor$ brew install openssl@1.1$ export PKG_CONFIG+PATH="$(brew --prefix openssl@1.1)/lib/pkgconfig"# might not be necessary- normal go get installation process
- Install mingw-w64
- Install pkg-config-lite
- Build (or install precompiled) openssl for mingw32-w64
- Set PKG_CONFIG_PATH to the directory containing openssl.pc (i.e. c:\mingw64\mingw64\lib\pkgconfig)
