Jon (CFO) checks for overages each month. He charges for it. Clients get upset sometimes as they felt unaware. And ask "Where am I based on my monthly limit?". We had a small company contact us, "hey I don't know if I start an instance, am I going to get charged by Zesty?"
Idea
Design a system that allows companies to have a workspace. For their workspace they should have a dashboard that answers the following questions:
Do I have more users than am I allowed?
Do I have more instances than am I allowed?
Have I exceeded my bandwidth and request limits?
As part of this system, we should give users notifications that they are 50%, 75%, 90% of their limits.
We should also give a notification to our support team as well to reach out to them to discuss if they want to upgrade their account plan.
In a future iteration if we could explore providing insights on how this breakdowns for an instance and it's content items it would be great.
