Scrolling in Reading Mode

[chareduon]

In Reading Mode (Ctrl+Shift+R), scrolling works with mouse only, which is not practical. Currently, there is a visible blinking when scrolling with a mouse.

Ideally, the user should be able to use typical keys: Page Up, Page Down, Arrow Up, Arrow Down, Ctrl Home, Ctrl End.
