My own build as of commit af5f829, 2022/06/15.

Specifically, this build adds support for RTX 3080/3090 FE.

Tested with my own case, YMMV, use it at your own risks.

As noted in the original README,

You must run the application as Administrator the first time to allow InpOut32 to set up. It can be run as a normal user afterwards.
