Missing ZLL-(ZCL/Matter device command in (Z)HA automation.

ZLL and ZCL have On with Off and Matter is using the same type of cluster commands but its not possible using as one command in ZH automatons only the first types 0x0000 to 0x0002 and not 0x0042. (Matter server have not implanting it in the GUI but have of wait time remaining as one attribute so the command is in the device).

User case is all things that is very important not running all time of somthing is going wrong like my water pump on the balcony is running for one minute more time in the evening with start an stop commands from HA automation. If one off command is failing 100 liter water is gone and the pump is working without water next run and i have very wet plants and neighbors.
I using some Lidel outdoor Zigbee plugs that is supporting On with time off and upcoming is Grillplats then matter is stable enough for switching.
Its many more user cases but its one important command heaving in automation in HA that is long missing.

The "On With Timed Off" commands? I have a Home Assistant Core architecture proposal open that should allow this to be supported properly: home-assistant/architecture#1491

Yes the real "hardware" command is the most important getting in and for supported platforms.
I think its tragically looking that one suggestion is hanging for 5 years and discussion of implanting software times command in HA automatons that is one complete different function but can being good but nee waiting some more years for getting that in place.
