根據榕聲音檔第一期的note修改榕典及作註

榕聲音檔第一期做到現在，產生了很多面向榕典編輯者的備註。

可以根據這些備註修改榕典，及作榕典註。

如果備註提出的問題解決成功，記得將這條備註從榕聲音檔標註文件裏刪掉，避免以後重複勞動。
