Describe the problem caused by this bug

pnpm install is not working

To reproduce

  1. Clone the repo
  2. Run pnpm install
  3. If fails

Expected behavior

It works

Relevant Configuration

  • Node Version: 20.11.1
  • pnpm version: 7.15.0 from corepack

Additional Context

Probably worth upgrading the entire setup to latest version of pnpm as well
