Add options for the following shields: * Boardsource 3x4 * Cradio * Clueboard California Macropad * Quefrency This aligns the list of shield options with all shields currently present in `app/boards/shields/`.

Some keyboards are missing from the installer / setup script.
Solution:
Add options for the following shields to the setup script:
