Allow existing profiles to be migrated from a previous version of Zowe CLI where keytar was used. Includes the migration of profiles from .brightside to .zowe.

Package script as part of the package. Update documentation.
Provide alternative instructions to facilitate profile migration.
Provide package to facilitate migration.
Script to remove credentials from secure store.
