Allows user to change copyright slug via copyright site variable in config.toml.

The config parameters are already getting a bit lengthy, I'd rather see customisation like this done via overriding the relevant partial. Hugo allows you to do this without forking the theme. |

When I created this repo I decided the Hyde copyright notice should be replaced by a more detailed If you disagree with this, or any other aspect of the theme, that's perfectly OK. |
