  万事万物皆有“场”，人也一样。所有的“场”都是由一种非常微小的东西所构成的，这种东西古人叫做“精”，密宗叫它做“明点”。

    事实上，练功的过程就是不断向外界吸收能量的过程；发放外气的时候，虽然从你身体的某个部位不断的向外界传递能量。但是，周围空间也有许多能量会被你吸收到体内或是吸附在你身体的周围，这也叫做外气内收或者叫做采气。
