Reporting Issues

We really appreciate any feedback on the game including bugs and suggestions for future enhancements.

If you just want to comment on something you like (or dislike) about Magarena then the forum is the best place for that. If on the other hand you think you found a bug or have some great idea to improve Magarena then do not hesitate to submit a new issue on our issues list.

There are a few things you can do to greatly help us keep that page organized and stay on top of things:

• Search all issues to see if your issue was reported before. You can do so by clicking on the search combobox (it's directly under the 'Issues' tab) and selecting 'All issues'. Now type in your search phrase and click the Search button.
• If you find a duplicate issue that's still open, feel free to leave a comment on it. You can get email notifications on any changes to the issue by clicking the star to the left of the description.
• If you find a duplicate issue that is closed, but you feel it shouldn't have, then please submit a new issue and mention the duplicate issue you found.
• Use a descriptive summary.
• Give as many details about the bug as you can; Cards in play, the phase, AI setting, etc. A screenshot can be very helpful (:exclamation:did you know you can use the F10 key shortcut).
• If you are reporting a crash, please attach the crash.log file. It's located in the main game folder.
• It's much easier for us when each issue has one thing we can take action on. So please don't report more than one item per issue. Make a new issue for each thing you want to report instead.
• Most issues will be either be a bug report or a future request. You can set the type of issue yourself by clicking on the Labels textfield. A list will popup where you can pick one.

Note that the above things are not mandatory. We will look at each issue regardless of its contents.
