Setup

Installing OpenCV:

Install OpenCV by following the installation steps from OpenCV for you platform https://brew.sh/
Python3
With python3 and OpenCV installed, you can now install from the requirements file as follows:

python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

./detect_cats.py -v --annotate -f ./input/demo.mov --preview
