When validator logs are truncated at the 10,000-byte limit, PumpFun migrate_v2 now decodes its migration event from event CPI instructions. Captured migration and already-migrated transactions cover the regression. Retains the signed transaction, loaded-address, ordered stream and parser lifecycle hardening from 0.7.11.

Published together with solana-streamer-sdk 3.0.10, which pins this parser release. Validation uses offline transaction fixtures and local tests; no funded mainnet transactions are broadcast.

Validation: 557 tests passed; one explicitly opt-in test ignored. The packaged crate passes Cargo build verification.
