Adds opt-in wrapped Pump.fun instruction reconstruction and fixes gRPC execution context.

  • Analyze saved RPC transactions offline to infer candidate rules, then explicitly apply reviewed rules to Shred RawInstruction events. No RPC runs in the parsing hot path.
  • Preserve third-party provenance in optional third_program, input limits, account ordering, and transaction metadata. Unsupported or unmatched layouts stay raw; Shred does not invent executed amounts.
  • Derive create-buy context per mint from actual outer/CPI instructions and preserve versioned Pump.fun IDL method names.
  • Include seven signed mainnet captures and replay examples. Five captured buys can be reconstructed; J7 runtime-derived arguments and captured Rapid sells remain raw. Rules do not guarantee compatibility after program upgrades.

Validation: 434 library tests passed (one manual benchmark ignored), both Pump execution/wrapper integration tests passed, and the packaged crate compiled successfully.
