Native cached trading and route preparation

Adds cache-backed trade/route preparation, CLMM/Whirlpool/DLMM integer quotes, PumpFun native settlement and multihop support, StonkFun routes, V1 serialization, token mint validation, SWQoS updates and simulation examples. Includes native alignment evidence and regression fixtures.

Migration: cached factory/executor calls require a complete request, signers and submit callback. See NATIVE_MIGRATION.md for changed APIs and readiness/recovery boundaries. The new Rust 5.0.7 CPMM creator-fee collection API is not yet included in this language release.

Validation: 4,229 tests; TypeScript declaration/CommonJS/ESM builds passed.
