CPMM creator-fee collection parity with Rust 5.0.7

Adds creator-signed (15 accounts) and permissionless (16 accounts) collection builders retaining accounts 1–14, mandatory share PDA derivation, AmmConfig/CreatorFeeShare full-account decoders, exact integer payout splitting and collection-time rate resolution. Cold RPC fetches config/share in one confirmed bank snapshot.

Adds RPC-free subscription-snapshot preparation and validation against account versions, freshness and continuity. Unknown PDA observations, malformed share state, invalid rates, protocol counter overflow and modified preparations are rejected. Closed/empty/foreign-owned accounts fall back to config; valid zero overrides win.

Six shared Rust mainnet simulation fixtures verify full account identities/flags, instruction bytes, PDAs and payouts across signed/permissionless, default/custom/Token-2022 cases. Offline replay example: examples/cpmm_creator_fee_replay. See examples/CPMM_CREATOR_FEE.md for language-specific API names. Full regression suite and package/build checks passed.

Scope: CPMM collection parity, not a claim of complete cross-language SDK equivalence. Estimates exclude Token-2022 transfer taxes; execution reads the current rate. These examples do not submit transactions.
