Changes

  • [removal][rust,store] Removed the note transport relay outbox, along with Client::flush_relay_outbox and NOTE_TRANSPORT_OUTBOX_KEY. Client::send_private_note_with_proof now sends directly and returns the transport result, and syncs no longer re-send failed notes. Sends are idempotent by note id, so callers can retry safely. Store migration 2 drops the stale outbox row, so notes queued by earlier versions are not re-sent (#2663).
  • Updated the workspace version to 0.17.2 and the locked protocol dependencies to 0.17.1.

Features

  • [FEATURE][rust] GrpcNoteTransportClient retries a send that fails with a transient error: Unavailable, DeadlineExceeded, a failed connection, or ResourceExhausted with a retry-after value. It retries up to three times, with a delay that starts at 250 ms and doubles. GrpcNoteTransportClient::with_max_retries and GrpcNoteTransportClient::with_retry_interval_ms configure the retries (#2663).
