App leftovers and more list columns

• When you collect an app, OpenDisk now finds the files it keeps in your Library (caches, preferences, containers, saved state, logs and more) and offers to add them from the app’s row in the Collector, so you can review them and delete everything in one go (#21).
• The file list can show more columns next to Kind: Modified, Created, Last Opened, Permissions and Owner. Turn them on by right-clicking the column header or under View › Columns, and click a column title to sort by it (#22, thanks @somsomers).

Requires macOS 14 or later. Existing installs update automatically.
