Add all the stuff that people wrong with AES here.

  • Sometime when the correct answer is changed for a multiple choice question in the Trainer view, the new answer is made correct and the old one is left correct. The markAllIncorrect endpoint doesn't always do its job.
  • The header doesn't load in the trainer view.
