Codex Tools v3.1.1

English

1. Refresh the classic account list, summary cards and detail panel with compact account statistics, clearer plan/status styling and responsive layouts.
2. Show per-account local Token totals for the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, estimated output speed, last activity and Credits balances. Usage is attributed to the account that created each Codex session; speed is estimated from local log timing, excluding long idle intervals.
3. Show quota reset times directly in usage meters. Split account details, statistics, recent switches and styles into focused modules while preserving account ordering and reset-credit controls from v3.1.0.
4. Desktop release only; npm CLI packages are not published in this release.

中文
