Related to #304 and #290, I wanted to add language to our screener template to support asking about accommodations. However we don't currently have a screener template. So I will work on adding one that includes the language for inclusive sessions.

We are reviewing this template in the UX huddle today. I will post an update after that.

With input from the design team, we decided to make this private in the resource library. I will add that today as a separate document in Drive and link to it once it's live in the library.
