html_rander标签中内容比较复杂时，首次正常显示，再次对话不能正常显示

Steps to Reproduce

1、创建应用设置指定回复，指定回复为html_rander标签，具体的html内容如附件

2、访问该应用，可以访问研发环境该应用，首次回答可以完整显示，再次回答就缺少了很多内容。

你好，这个问题是你html写的有问题，你的脚本中div id="projects-container" 这个id写死了，所以两次对话用了相同的id，渲染就有问题。我们做了一些修改，请参考附件文件，文件中使用了自定义函数，来生成UUID，避免div的id重复。
