First release of the Unit package

Version 1.0.0 was a failure of the build workflow which was pushed to NuGet
Since we cannot delete the package from NuGet.org feed, we are only left with the option of releasing the new version

  • Added Unit type and core functionality
  • Added tests for core functionality
  • Configured build workflow
