postgre case-insensitive support

when doing like condition I mast have the same case as the data, I want to case insensitive in the condition the way to do that is here

i see ilike is add but there is no example , and when trying this i get -
Unknown operator "$ilike"

I missed the dialect: 'postgresql', it was not in the docs or tests
