Current behavior
Field Notes in Contenttype Fields-editing is no more from type string-wysiwyg. So the ouput isn't formatted.

Expected behavior

Field Notes should have type string-wysiwyg.
Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

We have some longer explainations for the editors, which are formatted. Now there is only a multiline textfield.
