Feat: Enable Attribute/Field level image-resize and lightbox configuration

Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

ATM images will resize based on various conventions, but two things are not possible:

1. Set image-resize configuration on a field - e.g. a blogs WYSIWYG or a product field
2. Set Lightbox preferences on a field - e.g. WYSIWYG on a blog

What it needs:

• Ability to add image configuration to the field Feat: Enable Metadata Recommendations on Attributes (internal) #3430
• ability to get lightbox info from this Feat: Image Metadata should be able to get a lightbox #3427
• Internal configuration to offer this on wysiwyg and link fields for configuring metadata
• possibly some more info on the configuration so the admin knows what will apply and what not (e.g. label won't apply to all images)
