Fixes intermittent sign-outs

This release fixes a bug where the desktop app could sign you out unexpectedly — sometimes in bursts — during normal use. Recently-enabled edge session checks on the server surfaced two latent flaws in how the app renews its login in the background:

• Session hand-off no longer races itself. When the app renewed your session, the old session was being invalidated the instant the new one was created. In-flight requests still carrying the previous token (notably the 1‑second "active streams" check) would then fail in a burst and knock you out. The old session is now retired with a short grace window so those requests finish cleanly.
• A token-rotation race no longer wipes your login. Under concurrent renewals, the app could be handed back an already-retired device token and save it, guaranteeing a sign-out on the next cycle. The app now keeps the good token it already holds and, on a transient rejection, quietly retries once with a fresh token before ever logging you out.

More stable device identity

The desktop app now derives a stable device identifier that survives hostname and network (VPN) changes. Previously the fallback identifier could change when your computer's hostname changed, which the server read as a new, untrusted device and forced a re-login. The identifier is now generated once and reused, and it stays consistent even if saving it to disk temporarily fails.

Clearer diagnostics

Sign-out events now carry a machine-readable reason end-to-end, so the exact cause of any future logout is visible in the logs instead of being guesswork.

Most of the server-side half of this fix is already live; updating the desktop app completes it and brings the more-stable device identity. If you're currently stuck in a sign-out loop, signing out and back in once will clear it immediately.
