Missed the selection

There is a scenario, where we can't guess that which one is open.
In simple language, which button (options) are enabled in the running program.
Whether it is 1st Year 2 Semester or CSE 3rd Semester or ECE 4th Semester.
It is difficult to those who are not running the program from itself to find which options are enabled.

FOR EXAMPLE THE BELOW OUTPUT:

We can't tell that, by any chance, which one is selected button.

It will be better if someone highlight the button, just after clicking it, so that it will give clarity to ourselves as well as other on about present search.
