Although have been being a ERP web-based developer at Synergix for more than 1 year, I realize the lacks of basic web fundamentals in me. To improve my knowledge and be able to work with framework layer, modifying and extending primefaces component to fit company purpose, I know that I have to learning everything from scratch.
