The beta release implements ticket submission and viewing functionality, as well as notifications. It also brings login/registration features to the user side.

Admin Side

Admins are able to view all open tickets as well as filter and sort the tickets. They are able to see related tickets (opened by the same user). Admins receive an email notification that a new ticket was opened.

User Side

Users are able to login and register accounts. They are also able to submit the maintenance request form. Upon submittal they receive an email notification that the ticket was received.

Alpha Release

This alpha release offers functionality for both the admin and client side of the HRDC Ticket Manager Portal.

Admin

Admins are able to create accounts, login to accounts, and change their password. They are then prompted to a beta version of the dashboard.

Client

Clients are able to login, register, and submit the information for a maintenance ticket.
