Cross-process session collaboration

• Running TUI sessions can now use persistent human-readable names, discover active URI Agent participants, and inspect their provider, model, working state, and queue depth.
• Send durable Queue or Steer messages directly to another active URI Agent process. Delivery preserves pending-input ordering, includes trusted source metadata, and can provide an exact reply route when requested.

Unified saved-session context

• Saved conversation discovery, search, transcript, and note reads now live under context://sessions/..., alongside active-context recovery.
• Resumed sessions retain the previous sessions:// routes when they are part of the session's frozen startup context.

Fixes

• Hardened collaboration behavior around concurrent name assignment, external queue reconciliation, message ordering, idle Steer delivery, and session lifecycle cleanup.
• Updated the WorkBuddy OAuth client identity and added a unique login session ID to browser authorization URLs.
