This repository contains the data sets supporting the results of the following article:

Fourment M & Darling AE. Local and relaxed clocks, the best of both worlds.

Requirements

The python script needs simultron to simulate nucleotide alignments. Download and compile v1.0.2 only.

The python script needs beast and treeannotator.
