tic tac toe using matlab gui ,sorry for not putting comments, it is a simple game, i know about the bugs thats why i have put the restart button. Place ticTacToe.m and ticTacToe.fig in same directory of matlab. //C:\MATLAB\R2016a\bin , And run ticTacToe.m (F5).
