Kodi tvOS v22.5 — Dex Hub 5.10.433, skin 3.28.164

تحديث Kodi tvOS v22.5 لأجهزة Apple TV.

Apple TV.

المرفقات: ملف IPA، SHA256SUMS.txt، README-AR.txt، ونسخ General العادية لكودي: plugin.video.dexhub-5.10.433.zip وskin.dexhub-3.28.164.zip.

---

Kodi tvOS v22.5: Dex Hub 5.10.433 from General (rich Telegram cards with a "Play on Kodi" button; needs Hub 2.16). Everything else as v22.4: Kodi mode only, skin 3.28.164, players 1.0.16, Top Shelf. Requires tvOS 26+; sign the IPA, all frameworks and the TopShelf extension. Automated build and IPA checks passed; not yet tested on a physical Apple TV.

Kodi tvOS v22.4 — Kodi only, Dex Hub 5.10.432, skin 3.28.164 (sharp 4K icons)

Apple TV.

المرفقات: ملف IPA، SHA256SUMS.txt، README-AR.txt، ونسخ General العادية لكودي: skin.dexhub-3.28.164.zip وplugin.video.dexhub-5.10.432.zip.

تحديث Kodi tvOS v21.61 لأجهزة Apple TV.

---

Kodi tvOS v21.61 updates Aether to 7.47.0 with FFmpegBuild 3.9.0, retires the optional native Apple TV interface, and bundles Dex Hub 5.10.425+skin.1 with skin 3.28.143. Glass and focus controls are now the first section in the skin settings. Kodi remains based on 22.0 RC1 from the supplied v21.60 IPA.

Requires tvOS 26+. Sign the IPA and all embedded frameworks before installation. The engine build and archive/dependency checks passed; physical Apple TV playback and navigation testing remain outstanding. The source-update attachment contains changed files, the bridge source, and session-specific build/repackaging scripts; it is not a complete Kodi source archive.

ثبّت skin.dexhub-3.28.156.zip ثم plugin.video.dexhub-5.10.425+skin.17.zip وأعد تشغيل كودي.

General Kodi update: discover personal media folder TrueType fonts, an optional additional local font folder, and UI default/bold weight plus 90–120% text size independently of subtitle fonts and icons. Source-skin branding was removed from the font description. Collection poster rows and catalog folder cards now switch inside the same window, without pushing a new page; the floating clock-overlapping button is gone. Controls are in Skin settings > Appearance & Theme and Home & Widgets, with simple-menu shortcuts retained. Baseline16 is archived. All 23 automated/simulated suites passed; live device validation remains outstanding. Install skin 3.28.156 and add-on skin.17, then restart Kodi. IPA assets remain unchanged.

Kodi tvOS v21.60 — Apple look (skin 3.28.142, Dex Hub 5.10.424)

تحديث Kodi tvOS 21.60 لأجهزة Apple TV.

Dex Hub 5.10.424.

---

Kodi tvOS 21.60 bundles skin 3.28.142 and Dex Hub 5.10.424. The new Apple look is on by default, on its own first page in the skin settings: Clear Glass for the Home hero buttons and top bar, an Apple-style focus (a light edge and a soft shadow instead of the coloured ring), and the focus motion (pop is the Apple spring). The Textures.xbt pack is skin 3.28.140's checked pack. Aether 7.40.1 and the Kodi 22.0 RC1 base are unchanged from 21.52. Settings and look were checked in Kodi on macOS. Requires tvOS 26+. The IPA must be signed before installation; physical-device testing remains outstanding.

تحديث Kodi tvOS 21.59 لأجهزة Apple TV.

Dex Hub.

The original skin draws every page; the Apple TV interface stays off by default. Aether 7.40.1 and the Kodi 22.0 RC1 base are unchanged from 21.52. Skin and add-on load checks passed on macOS Kodi. Requires tvOS 26+. The IPA must be signed before installation; physical-device testing remains outstanding.

v21.37: Dex Hub 5.10.330, Atmos and DTS:X fix, new side menu

What's new

Fixed: Kodi closing when Atmos or DTS:X starts
Builds v21.31 to v21.35 closed the moment a TrueHD Atmos or DTS:X title began. Aether 7.38 needs a small file (silent-atmos.mp4) to turn Atmos on, and the build was not copying it into the app. It is in the app now, and the build stops with a clear message if it is ever missing.

Player

• Aether 7.38.1 with DTS:X support (LibDTSX, LGPL notices included in the app).
• TrueHD Atmos and DTS:X keep their height channels, output at 7.1.4 by default (5.1.2 to 9.1.6 in settings). Needs tvOS 26.

Automatic updates

• The Dex Hub repository is built in, so the add-on, skin and player controls update on their own.

Side menu

• The focused card no longer covers the menu.
• Optional: hide the menu while scrolling the rows. Left brings it back.
• The current section's icon takes the accent colour.
• Down on the last row opens the next section.
• Optional: open a section by resting on its icon, without a press.
• The menu wraps from top to bottom, and a Power icon sits at the bottom.

Power

• Power buttons at the bottom of the Menu: power options, restart, power off, sleep.
• A bigger power menu with icons: interface settings, Settings, Search, reload skin, system info, file manager, shutdown timer, restart, power off, sleep.

Also since v21.13
Legacy home layout, a new subtitle page, IMDb Parents Guide on the title page, change artwork, age ratings, a time left bar and many speed improvements.

Files

• Kodi-DexHub-AetherOnly-v21.36-TEST-unsigned-….ipa: the app (unsigned)
• plugin.video.dexhub.tvos-5.10.329.zip: Dex Hub add-on
• skin.dexhub.tvos-3.28.74.zip: Dex Hub skin

Install

Sign the whole IPA, including the embedded frameworks, then install it. A free Apple account lasts 7 days and a paid one lasts a year. If the install fails with invalid signature, run FIX-SIGNING.command first.

• Kodi-DexHub-AetherOnly-v21.36-TEST-unsigned-….ipa:
• plugin.video.dexhub.tvos-5.10.329.zip: إضافة Dex Hub
• skin.dexhub.tvos-3.28.74.zip: سكين Dex Hub

Kodi AetherOnly v21.13 (Dex Hub 5.10.306, skin 3.28.51)

Kodi AetherOnly v21.13 · Dex Hub 5.10.306 · skin 3.28.51 · Aether 7.35.1

Covers v21.8 to v21.13 (the last release was v21.7).

Highlights

• One theme everywhere: every Kodi window follows the Dex Hub theme. 28 themes, your own accent and focus colours.
• Interface customization: 6 Home layouts, 18 row styles with live previews, Home size from 50% to 200%, icon only sidebar, Edit Home from the TV or the phone page.
• Metadata, the full set: one source for everything (AIOMetadata, TMDb, Cinemeta, Nuvio), custom poster patterns, Fanart.tv logos, ratings badges, one TMDb language. Like Nuvio follows your Nuvio profile exactly.
• Search and sources: results like Nuvio TV, and the sources page as an island with badges under every card and a focused card that grows to show the full add-on text.
• Player looks: Nuvio, Apple TV, Netflix, Infuse, Plex, Disney+, Artwork colours, Clean and Theme. Shades, button backing, focus shapes. Every button and panel in the player colour.
• Chapters fixed for internet streams: backdrop, number, time, name, the current one marked.
• Library: Type and Sort chips.
• Nuvio sign in keeps your profile: no more "Select a Nuvio profile" errors; several profiles choose on the phone page.
• Faster: Continue Watching cards cached, slow Plex servers skipped, settings read once per page.

What is in this release

• DexHub-tvOS-v21.13-update.zip: the files that changed since v21.7. Unzip over your DexHub-tvOS folder and run BUILD.command.
• skin.dexhub.tvos-3.28.51.zip: the Apple TV skin on its own, for an install from zip inside the app.

Build

cd "$HOME/Developer/DexHub-tvOS/DexHub-tvOS-v20" && unzip -o ~/Downloads/DexHub-tvOS-v21.13-update.zip && bash BUILD.command

The IPA lands in Downloads as Kodi-DexHub-AetherOnly-v21.13-TEST-unsigned-<time>.ipa. Sign it the usual way. The native player and Kodi source are unchanged since v21.7, so the build is incremental.

Arabic notes for every version are in UPDATE-v21-AR.md.
