Fix Autostart on/off toggle.

The control service now correctly reads and writes the webOS boot hook (/var/lib/webosbrew/init.d/torrserver). This requires the service to run elevated (root, un-jailed), which the Homebrew Channel grants because the app manifest declares rootRequired. The enable/disable calls now report the real resulting state instead of an assumed value.

Root cause: webOS launches JS services in a jail (non-root uid + private mount namespace) where the boot-hook directory is neither writable nor visible, so toggling autostart silently did nothing.
