Agentplugins 0.1.93

Agentplugins 0.1.93 adds isolated per-project plugin and Skill environments, lifecycle recovery and a unified Skills catalog. Project operations preserve the original user profile and other projects.

Project delivery and native runtime readiness remain distinct: some integrations prepare owned files and require client-side activation or import. See the project client support matrix for exact client boundaries. ChatGPT project installation remains unsupported. This installer release does not qualify the separate standard authoring release.

Native downloads: retain the companion THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt with the binary and include it when redistributing.
