Agentplugins 0.1.94

Run agentplugins install from a project folder to restore its declared plugin dependencies. Share uap.toml and uap.lock with your team so teammates install the same recorded versions.

Project install

• A bare install selects project scope only when the exact current directory contains a regular uap.toml; it never searches parent directories. Explicit --scope user or --scope project wins.
• Behavior change: an existing uap.lock is strictly validated before installation or repair, even without --locked. Use update to deliberately advance pins. A first install without a lock may resolve dependencies and create one; --locked additionally requires the lock to exist, which is useful for CI.
• The preview shows the selected scope, project root, manifest and lock paths. Positional-source install aliases retain add behavior.

• Harden plugin and Skill installation planning, selected-target handling, ownership checks and migration from legacy UAP state.
• Resolve catalog Skill text imports to immutable reviewed sources.
• Bound Claude authentication probing and keep Qoder user-profile lifecycle operations tied to the selected profile.

Scope and notices

This is an installer release. It does not independently qualify standard authoring, OAuth, real native-client model/tool execution, or every client/platform combination. VS Code remains outside new dependency-managed installation/release work. Recorded sources and required access must remain available; credentials, receipts and plugin data stay local.

Download and retain THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt from this release alongside native binaries, and include it when redistributing. Raw-binary bootstrap does not fetch that companion automatically.
