Run agentplugins install from a project folder to restore its declared plugin dependencies. Share uap.toml and uap.lock with your team so teammates install the same recorded versions.

Management engine

  • Adds agentplugins manage serve and agentplugins manage discover: a local, language-neutral management API (OpenAPI contract, owned loopback process) around the existing installer, so embedding apps can use the same resolution, installation policy and recovery as the CLI without parsing terminal output. Retained reviewed plans, accepted-request deduplication and fresh recovery through native receipts stay in Go.
  • Supports verified registry plugins, standalone Skill discovery and preview, saved dependency updates, locked restore, repair and selected removal.
  • The TypeScript SDK that talks to this engine is a separate package and is not part of this release.

Pi

  • Adds a managed user-scope Pi extension provider and typed, bounded Pi observations in the SDK (App.Pi().OnObservation).

Other included changes

  • Security warnings now show bounded, verified reasons instead of only a count.
  • Distinguishes same-name local restore points by recorded time and original action.

Scope and notices

This is an installer release. It does not independently qualify standard authoring, OAuth, real native-client model/tool execution, or every client/platform combination. VS Code remains outside new dependency-managed installation/release work.

Download and retain THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt from this release alongside native binaries, and include it when redistributing. Raw-binary bootstrap does not fetch that companion automatically.
