Fixed

• Codex usage from Codevisor now syncs. Codevisor runs Codex with its own home per harness profile
  (~/.codevisor/data/harness-profiles/codex/<profile>), which ccusage never read. When
  CODEX_HOME is unset, sync now reads ~/.codex plus every Codevisor Codex profile that has
  session logs, and scheduled syncs pick up changes there without a service repair. An explicit
  CODEX_HOME still wins, except one naming only Codevisor profiles (Codevisor sets that on the
  Codex sessions it launches), so syncing or installing the service from one of them no longer
  narrows sync to that one profile.
