This will force the reading of details.txt if it's present, event if read_details_txt is False.

This should fix #352.
It will now check if
mbed.htmanddetails.txtare present before reading them. Ifmbed.htmisn't present anddetails.txtis, butread_details_txtisFalse, it will still readdetails.txt.
