Testing was performed on top of #12909 so that testing could include those fixes. There is no ordering dependency between the two PRs.
The sleep test failures are known issues that are being worked on.
The failures on CY8CPROTO_064_SB are an intermittent pyocd programming failure.
The failure of tests-integration-net-single on some boards is under investigation but is reproducible on master as well.
The cordio failures are because our automated test infrastructure is still using GCC 6.3.1, as discussed in #12910 .
The failure of tests-mbedmicro-rtos-mbed-kernel_tick_count on CY8CPROTO_062S3_4343W is a transient failure which did not repeat when rerun.
