fix QSPI-API for NRF52

Summary of changes

Make SFDP_DATA_LEN for NRF52 targets configurable over mbed_app.json, because at some Flash-ICs the SFDP data is longer than 128 Bytes and therefore it isn't possible to communicate with the Flash-IC
