Pre-release for the AWS Marketplace AMI (#3004), cut from dev at 1e77bf3. Supersedes v1.0.0-aws.1.

Adds the AMI cleanup-check fix (#3182) and the container CPU cap at the host's CPU count (#3184), so the system agent starts on a 2-vCPU instance.

Published to GHCR as v1.0.0-aws.2 and 1.0.0-aws.2. latest is deliberately not moved.

Not a release: no issues are closed by this tag and main is untouched.
