Whytap 2.2.21 brings the current brightness and Agent improvements to the normal update channel.

  • Hold brightness: choose a level in Display and use the lock to hold it for the island display. Changing the level in Whytap updates the held level; unlock to return to ordinary macOS control. Hold starts off and is not saved between launches.
  • Extra brightness: automatic dimming no longer ends Extra. The first brightness decrease in Whytap ends Extra before lowering the normal level.
  • Update and Back controls: improved native click handling and a consistent compact Back arrow across the tool panels.
  • Agent: better follow-up context, preserved answers and action cards, and improved tool continuation handling.
  • Costs: clearer incomplete totals and estimates for direct Anthropic usage.

Install through the island’s Update → Download action, then Restart if offered. Whytap keeps your settings and data. Apple Silicon and Intel are included in the same download.
