Task-lookup cache freshness is fixed in this patch: unchanged same-ID read-only lookups refresh, while paid/destructive/unknown mixed operations retain stable caching. Cache hooks never authenticate or request transport. The unchanged ComfyUI0.41.0 cache engine reproduced six stale baseline marker cases and all six patched query misses, retaining every paid ancestor marker. This is cache-contract evidence, not live upstream/media/billing evidence.

English/Chinese service-first onboarding now covers Applications/General application, API Token permissions/balance/current price, launch-process environment configuration, same-task results and troubleshooting.
Install the GitHub ZIP: stop ComfyUI, back up the existing node directory, extract ZIP contents directly into ComfyUI/custom_nodes/nano-banana/, install requirements.txt, restart and refresh. Avoid an extra nested directory. Token belongs in the actual ComfyUI process environment, never workflow JSON.

Registry is separate: the last verified Active Registry version remains 0.1.0 on 2026-10-19. This GitHub release does not claim the new Registry version is published or approved. Select the exact new Registry version only after it becomes Active. Do not substitute nightly. Browser import and valid upstream/paid-result/billing/attribution evidence remain distinct from no-Key host/API validation.

Superseded: use the cache-freshness fixed release 0.1.2. The old tag/ZIP is retained unchanged; see the known pending-cache limitation below.

Known limitation — pending-task cache: this version may reuse a previous pending lookup when graph inputs are unchanged. A dedicated cache-freshness patch is in progress. Until then, change wait_seconds (for example240 to239) and run only the retrieve graph with the same task ID; do not rerun paid submission. Disable auto-queue. Existing ZIP bytes remain unchanged.
