The organization edition moves the existing repository to the ActiveInferenceInstitute organization and keeps its history and v0.4.0 release available.

GNN means Generalized Notation Notation. The real upstream parser, strict executable adapter, compiled JSON, and browser computation are distinguished explicitly.
Fresh builder checks: 97 core/package tests, 72 browser tests, 47 manuscript tests, type checking/build, three rendered manuscript editions, and the video verification recorded in RELEASE_VALIDATION.json. Existing scientific traces and statistical design are unchanged; this edition adds no experimental cases or efficacy claim. Scientific scope remains finite sampled-catalog inference and one-shot planning.
